Yesterday was the birthday party for my mom. It was very nice. She received cards from lots of folks that she hasn’t heard from in a long time. It was very nice of my family (mostly on my dad’s side) to send on birthday wishes. She told me when I dropped her off that it was exactly the kind of day that she wanted.
